Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days (domestic) / 10–20 business days (international) — adjust by region.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic) / 3–7 business days (international).
    Actual delivery times depend on destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local postal services.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination and chosen shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions will be explicitly noted and subject to terms (e.g., minimum order).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, we will email a tracking number and carrier details. Use the tracking link to view status.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, contact us immediately.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees may apply. These are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery may be delayed for customs processing.

7. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Requests to change address after order placement may not be possible.
  • If delivery fails (wrong address, recipient unavailable), returned parcels may incur re-shipping fees.

  • If tracking indicates delivery but package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier and us. We will assist with claims; reimbursements are subject to the carrier’s investigation and our lost-package policy.
