Refund & Return Policy

No Refunds 
All sales are final. The label has no refund policy, however, the customer can return or exchange depending on the nature of the purchase.

Exchanges
You can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days accompanied by an original hangtag and original LINE packaging.

Note:
We only accept return or exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags and packaging must be included with the exchange/return. If the item you would like to exchange/return is out of stock, we will issue you a coupon refund ( store credit ) . Old articled can’t be exchanged with the new collection.

To initiate an exchange or return, text our customer representative team at whatsapp +92304 7831003 with your order number, the item you want to exchange and the size/color you would like to receive. Our team will dispatch your replacement in 8 to 10 working days after reviewing your case.

Items purchased during a sales event:
No exchanges or refunds will be issued for items that were purchased during a sales event. This policy is to ensure fairness in our processes .

Note:
If the item you have purchased is defective in anyway You will have a 3 day window to claim it, if you fail to meet that window you cannot claim. All original hand tags, packaging and receipts must be shipped back without any harm or damage to the clothing.
